Get the most out of your wedding day with tailored tips and advice on wedding photography info that will make your day even more special.
On your special day, we understand that you and your guests may not want to be away from the celebration for too long. So, typically 20-30 minutes is enough time for us to capture and create a beautiful collection of natural moments, as well as our award-winning signature images.
Along with the big milestones such as the first time you see each other or exchange vows, we’ll also make sure to capture the sweet little moments – like when the flower girl gets her giggles out or when dad takes a spin on the dance floor. Let us provide you with lasting memories of your magical day!

the TIMELINE
Your wedding is more than just a day for two people; it’s an opportunity for your community to come together, celebrate, and share in the beauty of the moment. We specialise in leveraging incredible backdrops to create stunningly beautiful portraits. You might even be surprised by what we can accomplish! When it comes down to it, our greatest reward is knowing that you’re delighted with the final results.
Booking
The best time to book a photographer is right after you book your venue. You want to get comfortable with your photographer and allow time to have a conversation about your vision and specific needs for your photography.
A booking fee of £400 is required to secure your wedding date. Your remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date.
We can also accept split payments with 50% of the balance due six months before the wedding date, and the remaining 50% due 30 days before the booked date.
Engagement Shoot
It's a good idea to get your engagement sessions booked right away. Most people aren't used to being photographed professionally so this is a wonderful opportunity for the bride and groom to get comfortable in front of a camera.
Think of this as a trial run with the end result being gorgeous photographs of the two of you leading up to your big day.
This is also a fantastic time to do a test run for hair and makeup.
Pre Wedding Meeting
Once you've had your final meeting with the venue, we'll get together either at the showroom or via Zoom so we can work out the finer details and timings of the day.
This is also a great opportunity to discuss the photography requests such as group shots or locations you'd like to cover on the day.
You can also refamiliarise yourself with your chosen album or upgrade your coverage. We will also book your in-person album reveal at the showroom whilst you are here.
The Wedding Day
This is the day. No matter how stressed you are, we are here to calm you and take care of you. We'll capture your day, your story, your life.
Whether your family views your photos in a month or 50 years from now, they'll see your entire story.
Final Delivery
We aim to have your images ready for when you return from your honeymoon 2-3 weeks after the wedding date. As we have already locked in your viewing, we will welcome you back to the studio for a glass of bubbly and we will show you your pre-designed album layouts on the big screen.
We can then go through the leather and colour options for your chosen book, or speak about possible upgrades and additional albums.
On the rare occasion, changes to the layouts need to be made, we will give you a link so you can view the layouts at home at your leisure.

We are delighted to have opened our stunning showroom in the charming village of Writtle, known as the birthplace of radio, just a few minutes from Chelmsford City Centre.
Tucked away near the top end of the picturesque central green, our showroom is surrounded by an array of small businesses and positioned between The Rose & Crown pub, Village Pharmacy and Jewellers. Come pay us a visit!
