Planning a wedding somewhere beyond the UK? I’m Scott, an award-winning wedding photographer based in Essex, and I’ve travelled to photograph celebrations overseas since 2008.
From the quiet moments before the ceremony to the atmosphere of a new place, destination weddings offer so much to tell. I bring the same relaxed, documentary approach and creative portraiture wherever your plans take us. You’ll have time to enjoy your wedding while I capture the people, emotion, light and surroundings that make it yours.

Planning your DESTINATION WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Every destination wedding has its own rhythm. We’ll talk through your venue, travel plans, schedule and the photographs that matter most, so you know what to expect before we arrive.
Where practical, I aim to familiarise myself with the venue and surroundings ahead of the wedding, checking the light and finding locations for portraits. On the day, I’ll document the atmosphere naturally, offer direction when needed and create something special without taking you away from your celebration for ages.
From getting ready to the speeches and evening celebrations, we’ll agree on the coverage that works for you. Explore my portfolio.
Because destination weddings involve extra logistics, we’ll discuss travel, accommodation, coverage and any location-specific arrangements clearly when preparing your quote. Requirements differ between countries, so these will be checked for your particular destination.
We can start with a video call to get to know each other and talk about your ideas. If you’d love a wedding album too, we can look at the options together. Most importantly, you’ll be working directly with the photographer who’s there on your day.
